Can't Connect

I can't connect in my son's acc ......
My acc is Ok, but when i try connect in his acc (same pc) pop up a message "LINK - Error in server or network" .......
I've made 2 new acc for him, and all have the same problem .....
His acc don't work .... then i try my acc, and the game works .....
Why this happens ???
