LMS Perfect World

i have problem with my char...its like a doll...
i have re-install many time but its stay like that...

maybe i have installed it wrong....
i have install the international client 1st in disk D./perfecrt wold priv.... and update it...
but where should i install the LMS-PWPatch3.5.1 ???
is it D/perfect wold priv or D/perfect wold priv/program file/Perfect World Entertainment/Perfect World International.....
please solve this probs....

i have the same problem......my character is like a wooden solrier.......he doesn't have any animation
