LMS Perfect World

Ok so i logg into the game. I enter my accountname and password but when i get to the charactercreator there is a bit "Enter"button ovar all the other buttons in the corner and i can't push anything other than "Exit" to go out again. Is there a problem with my account info? When i enterd it i didn't get an email or anything but i don't know if i am supposed to get one.

Any take on what the problem could be?

I suppose i might be able to do that, will fix
