I have a few questions -___-

- Do i download PWI and then download the parts for LMSPW homepage?
- Where do i save the parts?
-Do i need WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the files?

you only need to download the 5 parts of the lms client. you dont need the original pw

OR

if you have the original pwi, you can use the patches

still, first option is always better


save all the 5 parts on the same folder , any name is good, but all on same folder

and run the first part, the only .exe one, that launch the installer, dont need any 7-zip or anything
